Born and raised in Baltimore County, Helena Ilardo brings deep local knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a lifelong appreciation for beautiful homes in her real estate practice. With roots in real estate and design, her father a home builder and her mother an antique dealer, Helena’s passion for architecture and interiors was sparked early. She fondly recalls Sunday drives with her father, learning to appreciate the unique details that give each home character.
Helena combines this lifelong interest with over a decade of consultative sales and digital marketing experience, offering clients a unique blend of professionalism, creativity, and strong negotiating skills. Her background in home renovation and design allows her to bring a fresh, modern perspective to buying and selling, helping clients not only see potential but also maximize it.

Helena holds a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and Leadership from the University of Delaware, where she also co-founded the women’s golf team. She continues to enjoy golf, along with testing new recipes for friends and family, cheering on the Orioles and Ravens, traveling, and exploring antique shops and museums. Helena lives in Baltimore County with her husband, C.J., and their three children.
